Good question… much confusion occurs around whether or not one time initiation fees and annual dues. One time initiation fees should NOT be included in class code 11138 – Clubs Country or Golf, but any annual dues or additional assessment are included. Also included in code 11138 is any golf charges, driving range revenues, golf cart rentals, golf lessons, etc.. Swimming pools, pro-shops, and any restaurants and refreshment stands should be separately classified.
